Samuel Lewis has over a decade of experience as a Community Association Manager. He initiates and participates in the planning and refocusing of community associations together with their board members and unit owners. Mr. Lewis has assisted many small and medium homeowner groups in overcoming the many problems and issues that arise with condominium management. Mr. Lewis works closely with legal and financial professionals to guarantee client issues are addressed in a fast and concise fashion. He has studied The Illinois State Statue on Condominium Law and Declarations to ensure superior service to condominium owners.
